Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox; simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label to ensure timely processing.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
